Ron McNees - President
As one of the founders of Altron Automation and someone who has been in the design and build industry for 35 years, Ron is passionate about this business. He is committed to continuous improvement as an employer of choice and as a supplier to our customers. Ron’s dedication can be attributed to his desire to meet future challenges with creative and practical solutions for years to come.
Arnold 'Spike' LaCombe - Vice President
Spike has been in the design and build industry for 35 years and the co-founder and Vice President of Altron Automation for 29 years. A controls engineer by education, Spike knows the challenges that our employees and customers face. As a result, he has many unique ideas about how we can take the services we offer to the next level. His commitment to excellence is apparent in all of the ways in which he supports the organization.

Tyler LaCombe - Director of Operations
Tyler has 10+ years of experience in both high volume and design & build manufacturing, including several years at Altron Automation & its subsidiary companies. He has held a wide array of responsibilities in many different business disciplines including leadership positions in Sales, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, and, most recently, Materials Management. Tyler holds a B.A. of Sports Management from the University of Michigan.
Stephanie Darling - Director of Human Resources
Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field, gaining knowledge in many different areas throughout her career. In her role at Altron, she is responsible for all functions of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations and total rewards. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University.
