BondING EQUIPMENT

• Altron provides a full range of bonding solutions tailored to customer needs. Our press types include vertical presses, pivot presses, and custom designs for specialized bonding applications such as heavy truck hoods, roofs, and marine uses. To support process flexibility, we also offer a wide variety of heating options including steam, hot air, hot water, electric, and ambient heating. These systems are designed to ensure strong, reliable bonds and to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.

dispense SYSTEMS

• Our dispense solutions are designed to improve efficiency and quality in both manual and robotic applications. Robotic dispense systems utilize standard robots and co-bots, often with seventh-axis or robotic transfer units (RTUs) to expand flexibility. Manual dispense solutions are supported by custom holding fixtures to optimize consistency. Additional capabilities include metered systems and vision inspection, enabling precise material delivery and in-process quality verification.

Drill / Rout SYSTEMS

• Altron’s drill and rout systems are engineered for reliability and repeatability. Robotic drill systems utilize electric or air spindles with automatic bit changes, supporting a wide range of drilling and routing applications. Static drill stations are also available, often used for applications with fewer holes or where cycle time improvements are required. Both can be deployed individually or in combination within robotic drill/rout cells for maximum productivity.

HARDWARE ASSEMBLY FIXTURES

• We design and build hardware assembly fixtures in manual, semi-automated, and fully automated configurations. Robotic options are also available for high-throughput needs. Fixture designs are optimized based on cycle time requirements and include integrated poka-yokes to ensure process reliability and error-proofing.

MATERIAL HANDLING

• Altron offers a wide variety of material handling solutions to meet customer-specific needs. From manual manipulators to robotic systems, we provide precision conveyance, deflash fixtures, cooling fixtures, detrope fixtures, waterjet fixtures, and check fixtures.
